At our Centres:

  1. Edinburgh Napier University: Specialised Course: 3 hours per week per module. Specialist labs include The Sensorium, SOCLAB, Swarm Robotics, and Lions Gate focusing on sustainability, digital interaction, health, and well-being. The Business School Placement team supports students in securing placements.
  2. University of Bradford: All computer science students are student members of the British Computer Society (BCS). Student placements are supervised by the Faculty Career Development Advisor and academic staff members.
  3. University of Dundee: Hosted Hackathon (DUCS Quackathon 2022) sponsored by BCS, BlackRock, Unity providing engaging challenges.
  4. University of Dundee: Offers Conversion Computing Masters – MSc Computer Science & MSc IT and International Business programmes. These programmes are beneficial for students who do not have any background in Computer Science.
  5. University of Kent: Strong links with industry giants Cisco Systems Inc, Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, Nvidia, Erlang Solutions, GCHQ and Google provide students with valuable insights, networking opportunities, and real-world experiences, enhancing their career prospects.
